Mpumalanga high court!!Seriously what is up with Your deceased estates department?!My attorney is struggling for 6months already just to get the query sheet for my deceased husbands estate..to get hold of anyone per email is a lost case..1st appointment,the paperwork is lost..right submitted the paperwork again,second appointment he is sick and no one else can assist us,trying to arrange a third appointment now..we are just being ignored!!Fire the whole lot and appoint people that can actually do the job
If You have Your will and testament at ABSA..change it NOW!!!Go somewhere else coz it is a absolute nightmere dealing with these people.My husband died 18March 2020 it took me numerous emails and complaints for them to just start with his estate and get a letter of executorship,then I tried paying off his car,not even going into all that nightmere that also took them months,then there was a problem with the IRP5 directive I sorted it out coz if I waited for them to get the correct IRP5 from the pension fund I ll still be waiting for another 5years..now..SARS paid the refund to the estate but into my deceased husbands absa account and the estate attorney told me its my fault coz he didnt know my husband had an account at Absa???WHAT??but he have the account number of the account that he didnt know of!!He was supposed to close his account months ago and when I asked him why is his account still open he said I didnt ask him to close it???When I started asking questions he quickly wanted me to sign a indemnity form.Now Im struggling with Absa to just pay the SARS refund money into the estate account its been a week and numerous emails to numerous different people they just ignore you or tune you nonsense they think you are just a stupid client that knows nothing..so if I eventually in the next 5years get them to transfer my SARS refund money into the estate account we will see how many years further it takes the estate attorney to finalise our estate..STAY FAR AWAY from ABSA
Waiting almost 6months now for them to fix an incorrect IRP5 they sent me for SARS to settle my late husbands estate..why is it taking so long to fix Your mistakes
The lumpsum IRP5 they sent us for SARS is incorrect,SARS says the amounts differ to the amounts they sent SARS the first time when my deceased husbands pension lumpsum paid out..We are struggling for 4 months already to get them to fix the IRP5!!!What is taking so long,SARS told us this is fraud!!!
Last week went to buy pizza waited over an hour but they were busy so I just left it...today they gave my pizza to someone else,a woman in the back apologised but the cashier and her friend just giggled away staring at me and checked boyfriends on theyre facebook on the business computer no sorry from them no offering my money back or free pizza nothing..I just had to wait again resulting in me waiting for over an hour again..they saw me in my car waiting for the second round the least they could do is bring it to me as soon as it was finished but no so I got cold pizza aswell
After complaining about a million sms and email msgs asking me to send my documents (I sent it more than 10times already and they requested from my bank also 2times)they responded quickly and told me to send my documents to the lady that helped me directly she will make sure they receive it ...so I did..guess what still receiving emails and sms plus calls now asking me to send my documents every day !!! The lady thats supposed to help me directly r ignoring me flat...I guess my loan they told me is approved is not approved or I have no clue what this company is doing..also someone logged into my online banking last night and they are the only people that have that details of me!DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ITS A SCAM COMPANY
I applied,a consultant called me yesterday telling me that I qualify for R100 000..Got sms to email my documents so I did..got another sms,and again another same sms so I sent my docs again and this morning again,this afternoon same sms and sent my docs again ..Is this a Scam company???
<p>My family enjoys the chicken tripple decker we order it atleast 3times a month.Last month we ordered only once coz the pizza we got..mushrooms was slimy and smelled,tomatoes not fresh and we had to search for cream cheese and a piece of chicken...tonight we were in the mood for pizza and I tought lets try again maybe the last pizza we got was just someone that had a off day so I ordered....We got a veeeeery thin dry base with absolutely NO cream cheese this time and exactly two onion strips and 5 chicken strings on the whole base no sauce cheese nothing..right next base was thickly spread with bitter tomato paste very thin s****s of chicken maybe two onion rings on the whole base and a few strings of unmelted mozzerella and maybe half a peppadew cut up veeeeeery thinly sprinkled over(I asked them to leave out the mushrooms and tomato this time)Right third base half raw on top of that with mozzerella on top not even enough cheese to cover the base and no parsley...NEVER AGAIN</p>
