Bad service and lack of communication
Take 2 pizza @ Secunda 5 Star Spar is absolutely useless. On Google it shows that they close at 2:00pm but when I arrived at the shop at 18:53 they claimed to be closed but the doors are fully opened. I then asked why Google says they close at 20:00pm but they are closed before 19:00 and their excuse was that they have to many orders at the back!!. Then they told me with an attitude that they don't have chicken or bacon to put on the pizzas in any case. This isn't the first time I have this problem with the service at the exact franchise.

BAD MANAGER
So take 2 pizza is maybe the worst place to order pizza from in Witbank. I did not have a good experience with take 2. When I asked for the manager, the lady said that she is not in, but then when I made a bit of a scene the same lady came to me and said she was the manager but then she rudely walked past me and helped the customers at the till, I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for her but she did not come to me she was standing behind the till while the rest of the take 2 staff were sitting outside doing absolutely nothing. I drove off and then I received a phone call from the manager where she rudely asked me why did I leave and what is my problem. I did not want to talk to her as it was too late and rather phoned the other branch in witbank to ask for her manager should there be one... Turns out she does not have a manager and no one is above her, I asked for the CEO's details... Again apparently there is no one:/ Anyway.... I will NEVER buy from ANY take 2 in my life.

I just want Avo on my Pizza.
Dear Take Two Pizza. Please remove all items from your menu that involve anything Avocado. Every single time I go to your outlets the cashier simply says sorry no avo with a blank expression on their face. Why offer something you never have. Really.

I had to wait for 60min just to be told my pizza was incorrect and had to wait another 20 mins. I had 3 kids to entertain. Very poor.

Last week went to buy pizza waited over an hour but they were busy so I just left it...today they gave my pizza to someone else,a woman in the back apologised but the cashier and her friend just giggled away staring at me and checked boyfriends on theyre facebook on the business computer no sorry from them no offering my money back or free pizza nothing..I just had to wait again resulting in me waiting for over an hour again..they saw me in my car waiting for the second round the least they could do is bring it to me as soon as it was finished but no so I got cold pizza aswell

Worst service ever
01 June 2018 my husband and I went to buy food by Take Two Pizza Reyno Ridge Witbank branch. We got there at 19:20 we put our order in just one beef lasagne. People got their food after we placed our order. My husband went to the cashier to find out what is going on with our food and the lady said our food will be ready soon. My husband came back we still waited. 19:50 my husband went to the cashier again and she went to the call the manager we both where at the counter just to find out that our food was not been prepares not in the oven nothing. We didnt get an apoligy just a lot of excuses... I contacted the owner on messenger twice. To tell him how we where treated he read my complaint I sent him another message read that to and couldnt be bothered how his staff treat his customers... So I hope other people see this its very unproffesional of the owner that this just gets No attention what so ever
