Went to Pick n Pay Clothing in Ben Fleur centre in Witbank. The first and last bit of attention my wife and I received was one of the two staff members shouting to me to sanitise. Picked some items to purchase. Found there was only one of a certain size item on a buy two for a set price promo. Still nobody to assist. Went looking for someone. Lo and behold they were still hanging on to the counter yakking. Had to beg for assistance. Eventually a lady detached herself from her yakking. The attitude I got was what you see is what you get. Maybe Highveld has got. No offer to phone and find out. No offer to obtain one for my wife. Basically tuff s@t. The worst part is that I had already paid for everything as I had given my wife a gift voucher. Stuff you too pick n Pay.
Boycotted them for months due to bad attitude. Necessity made me use them again. My bad. Service and attitude still suck. Quality of pizza no good. I urge everyone to boycott them with me.
Last year I bought a vacuum cleaner from them. Before purchasing I asked if spares such as filters were available. Of this I was assured. So I purchased the product. Lo and behold, a year later I returned to obtain a filter only to be told that the store doesn't stock parts. They then sent me on a wild goose chase around town for parts. No luck. I do believe that Game Witbank should now locate the part I require at no cost to me and deliver it to me, as they lied to me in order to obtain a sale. This item was nearly double my intended expenditure. Instead they now give me a contact number for the manufacturer. Not their fault sorry to say. Lies originated in store.
My wife purchased data in order to attend Church online. She has now lost 5GB due to expiry and can no longer attend Church. This is a non perishable item. How can it expire. Pure THEFT. If I had the means I would sue on behalf of every person. No wonder this company is considered to be untrustworthy in other countries.
They have no idea of service. Bought wiper blades. Incorrect. Sent my wife to change them. They gave new wipers saying that they were right. They were not. She went back to the branch. Nobody even offered to check whether they were correct or not. They said nobody could help. Is that service or a gentle #$&k you. My reply is #$&k you too. I will not stop. I hope you are proud of yourselves.
Every day that I own my Renault Kwid the more irritated I become. First of all the blatant false advertising. Advertise from R1999. Obviously this is for entry level no addition models. This is what I went for. My final figure R3405. No fight by Renault for client protection. They hide behind T&Cs. Now I have to replace brake pads at 28 000 km. The clutch is making a noise. Reading other comment this appears to be a major problem with Kwids. This is one time that I support Julius Malemas views that they are just here to enrich themselves. I have not seen any replies to comments from Renault SA. Underlining their no care attitude. I wish I could find a way out of this commitment as I am close to retirement and need the life span of a new vehicle. Oh well it seem **** is sanctioned by the French in SA
I feel conned. I react to the advert for the Renault Kwid at under R2000 per month. By the time I finished the repayment is over R3405. Shocked but happy to have a car I leave. Sales service excellent. Try make contact with customer care forget it. When you do they immediately hide behind T&C. Drag you in with a tempting advert and fail to try and keep price as close to the adverti*****t as possible.
