KFC Tasbet Witbank is ****
I would give NO star if possible! What a **** place, Tasbet KFC! I placed my food order, only for it to arrive 2 hours later...and not even the correct order...not reading any comment on the ordering menu. Tried phoning numerous times, NO answer...honestly they are just pathetic and clearly poorly managed and incompetent staff!

KFC - Worst ever
I'm so tired of ordering things at KFC and then either the wrong stuff gets delivered or they include the sauces on the burgers THAT I DO NOT WANT ON because of allergies!! Get competent people to service clients and take orders! Tasbet KFC is the WORST of them all in Witbank.

Clicks in Highland Mews
Clicks in Highland Mews Witbank. This store has the sticker on the door that states that they open at 09:00 AM, however when you get there at 09:00 (especially on a weekend) they are not open, they let the customers wait and wait until they decide to open. The one Friday morning, 09:10 they were still closed so I knocked on the door whilst one of the employees was looking at me, he then walked to a lady at the till and spoke to her, she then came and said that the pharmacy is still closed so they cant open. I then stated that we are not here for the pharmacy so let the people in that would like to buy something else. Eventually she opened the store so me and a few other customers can go in... grabbed the stuff we needed and there is only 1 till open...not working...but open. We stood at the till for another 10 minutes until they figured out why the till is not on... Honestly it is never a good experience to go to Clicks in Highland Mews.

Mary Pop'ins double check and triple ask!!
I placed a order with the company Mary Pop'ins, within my order I clearly stated what I wanted to be on the sheets, which was one printed one and one sage green one. When I received my order now I saw only 2 white sheets after I clearly stated what sheets I want. When I asked why I only have white sheets, she says that they only send white sheets with the combos but never once that was mentioned to me through out the whole ordering process so I feel that is unfair, they can not give me the correct sheets as ordered for free 'it will be a loss for her' but she does not seem to feel bad for me not receiving what I ordered. For the whole combo we paid over R2000.00 and then this is the products that we receive and the white sheets don't even fit properly. She says she feels bad but still she does not make a way to provide me with what I ordered to no cost? Honestly not a happy customer and wont be a customer again.

Petrol attendant with no respect!
On Saturday 04 November me and my family had a horrible experience at Engen in Del Judor opposite of the Police station in Witbank. We went to get petrol whereby my husband wanted to put in R150 petrol with his bank card and I told him to get more with my bank card so he would pay with 2 bank cards, he has paid like that before at other garages and it was not a problem. The petrol attendant named Martin assisted us but from the beginning he was not a friendly or polite person. When he filled the car with petrol and it was time to pay and we explained how we would like to pay, his attitude immediately increased and he asked a college if it is possible to do so and he said no, Martin then told my husband that he should have told him we wanted to pay like this and it is not his fault but ours, my husband then went into the shop to withdraw the money and to pay with cash. I was sitting at the back of the car with my window open due to the hot weather, Martin started explaining his story in a very rude manner to me and I told him to stop being rude then we can talk about the matter, he continued to disrespectfully speak to me and calling me 'sista sista'. As a lady and a customer I do not feel it is respectful to be spoken to like that, my dad heard the conversation as he was also in the car and he got out of the car and told Martin to stop disrespecting and attacking me as his daughter like that or he would have a problem with either him or the manager, Martin then said my dad can contact the manager as he is not afraid of him. My dad left into the store to look for the manager, unfortunately he was not there but there was another gentleman leaning against the Wimpy delivery vehicle he did not even try to assist us in any manner seeing what happened. I have never been treated like this at any other fuel station and I will not be a customer again because of the petrol attendant Martin. I have emailed the manager regarding this issue and he said he will attend to it.

Cash Crusaders - Never again!
This place is one of the worst shops ever bought from. We bought a ps remote, while purchasing there was no mention of a 7 day return, the half helping lady only said we can bring the stuff back in 6 months if it doesn't work. So now the remote is not working and we took it back only to be told they refuse to refund or exchange, they can only send it for repairs which will take 7 to 21 days, so lets be honest earliest 21 days! So for 21 days we can not do anything with the ps because they took the remote. The music is SO loud in that shop that you cant speak to one another in the shop, the ladies in front that are supposed to help you, is laying back as if this is a resort...how can you as a manager allow that in your shop or do you also not care? I will never purchase anything there again, yet another customer fooled Cash Crusaders!!

We went to Highveld Mall Markham's, Ronella gave us the best service from giving us the right sizes to keeping out the suit for us to come buy the next day, Ronella in my opinion should definitely get a raise!

BAD MANAGER
So take 2 pizza is maybe the worst place to order pizza from in Witbank. I did not have a good experience with take 2. When I asked for the manager, the lady said that she is not in, but then when I made a bit of a scene the same lady came to me and said she was the manager but then she rudely walked past me and helped the customers at the till, I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for her but she did not come to me she was standing behind the till while the rest of the take 2 staff were sitting outside doing absolutely nothing. I drove off and then I received a phone call from the manager where she rudely asked me why did I leave and what is my problem. I did not want to talk to her as it was too late and rather phoned the other branch in witbank to ask for her manager should there be one... Turns out she does not have a manager and no one is above her, I asked for the CEO's details... Again apparently there is no one:/ Anyway.... I will NEVER buy from ANY take 2 in my life.
