Not very happy about how feedback is handled at this company. Have lodged a complaint last week thursday 11/01/2024 everyday I am phoned by someone at Rochestor telling me they will phone me back to tell me what is going to happen. Then when customercare is phoned they tell me they can't do anything about that because they can't phone the shop! The product which was bought is defective but seems to get no attention. Very bad experience for me as customer due to lack of service and communication!
Had the worst experience ever from WeBuyCars Polokwane. Wanted to buy car from them but the proces was not transparent. Asked them to look at the price due to book value being R20 000 less and there was even defects not listed on the dekra report. Waited 3 days for feedback after finance has been approved by the bank then being told car has been sold to someone else!!! WeBuyCars lost a deal and a client and I will never refer anyone to support this business they really left a bad taste in my mouth.

If there was Zero star review I would have given it. The most unprofessional service ever will make sure to who ever I deal with knows about the bad experience I had with this company! They phone me 3 times to inform me about stock availability and the sells it to someone else!!!! Sales man doesn't even respond to messages anymore. Will never deal with InvestSolar Polokwane again!!!!
I was previously from polokwane came back in 2022. Have had the worst experience ever with them. And keeps ons getting worse. Firstly when I moved to polokwane on the 4th of Jan 2022 I contacted them for fibre at my house. Thing was the house that I lived at already had the antenna and the frogfoot box and white connection box I even had my own router. It took more than 2 weeks for them to send someone out to activate my service I even had to pay the complete R1750 for instalation and activation even having all that equipment already installed. Then I was billed from decemeber 2021. After alot of emails back and forth they sorted that out. Now low and behold the new month came and they charged me twice for my fibre package!!!! And they even decided that a debit order is in place without me signing anything. Not a very happy customer at this stage!!!!!
When phoning retentions they never pick up!!! Waited 30min and hung up I mailed them on the 3rd of October asking them to cancel my contract retentions only mailed me back on the 16th of October saying that it will be cancelled on the 5th of November ref number ********** 0 waking up this morning they still charged me my normal fees for two contracts. This is really the worst service I ever recieved because when I phone them they still say its a contract and still going on. I will be sure to cancel my other contract also!!!!
<p>My sisters husband bought me and my wife a television for us as a wedding present. We were away for 2 weeks so when we came back he gave it to us. When I recieved the television the problem was that the remote and the mouse for the tv already had batteries in but went on installing the television so when I plugged in the television and switched it on I saw that the screen was broken so I had to drive back to pretoria to get another tv. I went to them and they refused to refund me or to replace the television they said they need to send it back to Sinotec so that they can see what happened to it. Two weeks later still waiting on them to give me feedbac**** I will never support Pick 'n pay ever again and will make sure to inform my learners and colleagues that streches far across limpopo's boarders to never buy any electronic devices ever from them and to stick to groceries.</p>

Wanted to upgrade today to the samsung s7 edge and the samsung gear s2 classic. Was at the shop at 12o clock and only left there at 17:10. And the only thing that they could help me with was with the samsung s7 edge because they could not pick up the gear s2 on the system! The person who helped me was Shanice at langeberg mall she really tried her best to help but couldnt! I cancelled my contract with vodacom to rather upgrade with mtn because you offer the gear s2 classic which is in your pamflet! Really the worst service delivery from a service provider which I regarded as the best! For me as a teacher setting papers and always talking of the highest respect of mtn made an emmense negative impact on me today! And now I wont be able to get the gear s 2 because the contract has allready been taken out! Will wait for my other number to upgrade and then cancel my contracts from mtn not happy from what happened today. Will also inform my collugues not to make use of your service.
