Bafana was very helpful by giving me a solution to my problem. I'm unemployed and did not have airtime to fall. He called me back and gave me a whatsapp chat option and advised that maybe a solution would be to change my debit order bank and date. He gave me a 5 star service.
<p>On the 23 August 2016 I went to Moda shoes in Brooklyn to order a pair of shoes I liked very much. They had indicated to me prior that they did not have he shoes but would order from their sister branch in Menlyn. I was told that that if they order today then the soes are there the next day. I went again on the 24th and was told my shoes would be there on the 25th. On the 25th when i went i found out that my shoes were not ordered and the sales person who had told me that she placed my order was on leave. i then called the head office fuming and spoke to some lady who told me she would make a plan of getting hold of the menlyn branch and seeing if she could get my shoes delivered on that same day as i was not going to be around Brooklyn for the next 4 days and needed the shoes for an event i was attending on the 27th August. After an hour of no response from the headoffice I took it upon myself to call them again and guess what their phones were turned off. I am so disgusted and dissappointed in their customer care. It is appauling.</p>
<p>About 2 months ago I went to the KFC in Cosmo City to order the 8 piece family meal, I paid for it then decided to go to the supermarket next door to them to do some shopping whilst waiting for my order. About 30min later I went back to KFC to collect my order and it was not ready (this is 30 minutes later mind you). Eventually my order was given, when I got home, I was very upset to find that they had given me 8 pieces of chicken breasts. I find this disgusting, I buy a meal of over R100 to get breasts only whilst aperson who has bought a streetwise 2 gets better chicken portion than me. I was livid becauseI tried calling the contact number on the till slip but therewas no answer. i then texted the mobile number but still no response. I could not take back the meal as it was after 20h00 and they were obviously closed. i then called the number again the next morning and some gentleman ( I think the area manager) picked up and listened to my story but told me he was driving and that I should call him back after a few minutes. I did call back and he just said that was uncalled for and that he would contact the KFC Cosmo City manager and give him my contacts. 2 months later i have not been called back. i deliberately waited for this long to see if KFC takes their customers seriously. clearly not- Ever since that incident i have never bought any KFC and will not as i find this to be very disgusting. I cannot believe that no-one has called me about this till today.</p> <p>I did not go to KFC to beg for a meal that day, i paid over R100 for a meal only to get the pathetic chicken portions.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
