But now Capitec really, how can I be charged for a new card if my card was ******. I wasn't even given an option to say when it can be paid, my last money was just taken from my account. This is really not fair, poor customer service.
The flexysavvy is definitely not a medical aid you want to have with these people. They so unhelpful, you are forced to use WhatsApp to communicate especially when you need clarity the call centre tells you straight up use that line for help refusing to help. This is the worst plan to have I wish I could cancel it, I am just paying monthly for nothing.
Worst medical aid ever. They offer rewards with invalid vouchers and when you query why it won't work you sent from pillar to post. You now have to beg for the reward.
Everytime I buy my daughter airtime it disappears. Everytime Vodacom just automatically subscribes us to services we never requested for. I cannot wait to be done with this easy to own **** so I can just change networks.
Once again I am inconvenienced. My phone was sent into Vodacom in Albertan. I made the payment for the access fee. Since I made the payment I am not getting no responses from the store. I need my phone for work I cannot sign into my systems without the phone. I need the phone back urgently. On top of it I have to go collect it again which is also out of my way. Seriously tired of this service!
Firstly my card just stopped out of nowhere, I never complained I continued using cash send which charged me more trying to access my money. I never had time to get to a beach because I work in Pretoria Brooklyn. What happened was the branch just closed in Brooklyn mall out of nowhere so when do I get time to sort out my card. A full 4 months later I get a chance to go to Capitec shorite in eldoradopark oohhhhh wow, guess what I get a card where my name is scratched out. I ask the consultant why is my name out he says ei that's how the cards are coming now. What **** is that??? Imagine that **** answer. Guys that was a month ago. On top of all this I don't have a car and I broke my ankle so imagine the struggle, especially since the branch closed at my work place in Brooklyn. I finally got a new card now guess what the ****en card stopped working. I am walking with a ankle that has problems still to come to 5 different shops and the machine says contact support. So damn inconvenient. I could not buy anything I needed today because of this, with a new card! **** bank!
The Gaubus is so inconvenient really on top of it it's as if the train and the bus doesn't communicate. The bus is leaving at a certain time but then the train stands long at the stations. Worst part for me is there are such little stops for the bus it hardly gets you to where you going because you still have to walk a long distance to your destination 🙄
The person who cooks at checkers Brooklyn mall needs to be rechecked because the food is terrible. Today I really waisted my money buying their prepared food. The chicken is so dry and not even properly cleaned. Literally throwing it in the bin
Vodacom and easy to own once a ****en gain. I purchased my daughters unlock bundle and the phone unlocked the app still shows the 23 hours and some minutes. Called the call centre this agent sounds so interested in the beginning like his irritated or bladdy tired. How do you have such **** phone presence. His name sthembiso. He could not help me at all asking stupid questions, put me on hold twice. When ask for a superior he says they knocked off. This is the time of superiors Vodacom has that actually tells their agents to talk such **** because they won't take calls. I worked in a call centre I know very well and at Vodacom as well. Mind you the people I reported to never had this **** attitude. Check your staff and their product training. I want minutes back that I lost because this app locks on time. People should really not buy this product from Vodacom because it's just a trap!
Really disappointed in this bank, I actually left it and came right back only to be so disappointed. On Saturday 27 September, I sent my husband to urgently get me cash as I was at an event with my kids. My bank card just would not work and this was not the first time. I then did a cash send instead of R300. My husband drew the cash send and only received a R100. At the time the branch was already closed, I used the in app call service and got no help at all instead the lady I spoke to sounded as if she did not want to assist me, she kept putting me on hold to just repeat the same thing over again and told me that the 300 had been redeemed. She was able to tell me at which ATM but could not help me further. This is the second time Capitec done this and this always happens when I urgently needed the money. Definitely moving banks as soon as possible because who knows I can be stranded and Capitec decides to take your money and still treat you as if you would waist your own time to call and lies about your money being taken.
