I place an order again, pay by Standard Bank Credit card that authorised the payment. Now I get a call from Strubensvalley "Ma'am we can't deliver your oorder because you owe us. WT??? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISPICABLE AND THEY MUST NOW PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF LOCKS AND NEW KEYS.
They are absolutely incompetent AND heartless. A customer paid R750 via Easy Pay at Shoprite in General Pienaar Ave WITPOORTJIE on 2nd December. Today is the 24th. Their Collections Call Centre agents phone her daily at 07h35 demanding payment and threatening to hand her over. She has sent them the Proof of Payment slip 6 times AND I have sent it 4 times. They R sooo incompetent and can still not credit her Contempo account that SHE PAID ON THE 2ND DECEMBER. AND THEY INSIST ON HARASSING HER DAILY CAUSING HER UNDUE STRESS AND HER BLOOD PRESSURE TO ROCKET, WHICH IS A HEALTH RISK AT HER AGE
