What a disappointment ordering the ribs. You pay R140.00 for 1 piece where you get 4 small pieces out. So disappointed. Wish i could post the photo of what they advertise and what you really get.
ORDER : ********** 16A. In December we applied for the new Uncapped wi-fi deal for R599.00 from Telkom which were approved. 2 weeks back I received a message that the appointment for installation is scheduled for 25 January whole day appointment. No one pitched up. On calling the call centre I was told they do not know why no one pitched up. Yesterday another appointment was scheduled, 29 January 2018. Again no one pitched. When I phoned at 14h15 I was told I can't put in a complain yet because it is a whole day appointment. I had to phone so many airtime out on Telkom and with no results. I feel it is bad bad service as everytime I have to put in leave to be at home and then no one pitch.
