I have register card dispute with cas ********** and i was told to wait for 15 working day, yesterday when i cal i was told there is a new policy with Visa and they cant reverse my money and still waiting for manager to give them go ahead. Today when i call i was its IT problem they wil cal me as soon as possible and i found my self lost and stress. It is forcing me to loan money cos i was hoping to get my money 2day. On 16 march i oder product at nutralu for R61.02 and R6o. Til today i havent receive my product. On april 01 2018 they deducted R1248.30 from my account without me knowing or informing me. I wanted them to cancel my order and reverse transactions. Cos i didnt sign anything or subscription
I bought on Nutralu Garcinia! from merchant Customer Clairo for R60.00 but but deducted 2 amount other from INFODESKMTFITCOM for R61.02 on 16 march 2018. on 01 april an amount of R1248.30 went off on my bankaccount. I contact Nedbank on 01 april and I stopped my card for more transactions. They told me I must fill in a despute form to reverse the transaction and email it to ********** on 1 Des another 2 transactions went of on my account, R69.84 and R68.72 but my card was stopped for any transactions. I want my money to be reversed in my bankaccount as I have not received any products and it is a scam. Please can you help so I can get my money back in my bank account
<p>I bought R199 data which is 3gig + 3 gig after seeing display info showing I have purchase date I remove my simply card from phone and insert it on my modem. After 30 min I receive information show I have run out of data. I was surprise. I then call vodacom and they told me I have never bought data and I was on Internet using airtime. And can't assist me.</p>
