I am appalled by the service rendered by liquor city. Worst ever… I bought 2 bottles of Hennessy online and to make matters worse was assisted by one of their consultant and it was confirmed that I should expect delivery at 2pm the same day, I have an email as confirmation with the approved transaction and expected delivery time. 5min of putting the phone down my order was cancelled. No explanation nothing, it had to take me to call and enquire. I was then told the pricing was incorrect, I told them that is not my fault as the item is still there for the same amount and how many other people are actually also buying the item for that amount. It allowed me online and your consultant even assisted me by putting through that transaction with the same price and told them to even go online to confirm and it was there. I was then told they will get back to me , this time the story was different they had no stock. I went online and the bottle was still there but this time it was rectified and was selling now for R999.99. I told them no you are not out of stock because if I have to buy this you are now selling it for a different amount. I spoke to Kelsey who I suppose is a manager at the head office in Boksburg. She made a lot of promises to me till today as I am writing this review she has not gotten back to me regarding my refund which is still not credited into my account and compensation which she asked if it’s okay they would like to compensate me for all this mess which included my time ,money and airtime. The next step is writing to the consumer ombudsman. I will never again buy anything from liquor city and I plead with many others to take your business elsewhere.
I write this with so much disappointment and frustration. Firstly, I must express that my encounter Absa Activate claim process has been utterly unsatisfactory, as I have had to pursue individuals to ensure the proper processing and completion of my claim. After time of disputing incorrect numbers finally the correct TLA document was sent to me of which I had to sign and send back for settlement payout for my vehicle. I had to employ financial means to ensure that the document was signed and returned, which necessitated the utilization of Uber services as I lacked a vehicle. In accordance with the signed paperwork Absa Active has short paid my vehicle account leaving me with a shortfall of which I had thought was sorted because I had signed the correct payout document. This is frustrating since it is not what I agreed to and what I signed for. This entire *********** process is really costing me money and delaying my ability to begin the process of looking for and applying for a new vehicle. This is quite annoying; I need this situation fixed as soon as possible since I am tired of the delays and waiting.
Vodacom is the worst service provider ever, as well as the Hammond Pole Attorneys. Vodacom has ruined a lot for me since inception of taking a contract with them for an HP Laptop. The application was done over the phone and it was agreed that i would be paying them R 299 per month,, 2 months down the line my internet was suspended i called to enquire and i was told i was owing some ridiculous amount as my contract was an open line, however the consultant who did my application said nothing of that sort... I told Vodacom that i would not pay for something i had not agreed upon and they never hesitated to send me letters , sms's and calls that they where going to hand me over... I just decided to pay them through Hammond Pole Attorneys and i have settled the account. It frustrates and annoys me that i have not received an email , sms or call thanking me for settling the account, but that's not the issue. THE ISSUE IS THAT i need to be the one running around making calls and finding out if they have received the amount? When should i expect a settlement letter? Is my name cleared , is my credit bureau status cleared? I am getting all kinds of different answers, as for Hammond Pole Attorney's before getting a settlement quote nobody knew how much i really owed. I just want my paid up letter, and my credit bureau status cleared, I did this payment on the 25 July 2019 and sent my proof of payment.

Good Day

Could you kindly assist. I logged this query on the 11/05/2016 at 11:42 with mixtelematics , but to my disappointment it was not attended too. I was debited twice R69 times 2 which amounted to R138.00 which was not very nice. Why should I still pay for a car which I sold and is not in my possession. I did everything that I had to do from my side but obviously someone didn’t do theirs from mixtelematics cancellations side.

I called yesterday to do a follow-up on the query because I do not want to experience the same problem again and I was told the cancellation will be done yesterday and I will get confirmation by email of cancellation but still nothing. I was even told that I will get my refund of R69 my query will be sent to accounts but no one seems to be giving me feedback.

Today once again I called and was told that Kegomoditse is the one dealing with my case but her phone just rings so no answer from her side.

I would really appreciate it if I can be updated so that I can atleast know what is going on. A response today still is highly appreciated.

I can be reached on my cellphone anytime of the day. Cell number: 0843185614

Thanks

Diana
