Domestic industries 28 Peter Rd, Springfield Park, Durban, 4091 had installed my geyser in August of 2019. Due to shoddy workmanship the geyser began to 'fall' literally moving away from the wall. I have called this company approximately 36 times in 10 months asking it be sorted and to this date nothing. Finally my managing agent has sorted out the issue with a different service provider. Domestic industries after sales services are poor to non exist ant at best.
<p>This afternoon I stopped at Checkers at Pavillion to buy my helpers son a birthday cake, and wow- did they send us a surprise!!!!</p> <p>I have never ever been so upset - this is what Checkers Hyper has on it's shelves??</p> <p> </p> <p>HAIR and MOULD FUZZ on the peaches on the cake.....i cannot upload the pics!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p>Dear Sir, Please note the following,I think perhaps you misunderstood my remarks.</p> <p>My point was that the PROCESS has been three months since repoting this to my insurer- Mary has nothing to do with this. </p> <p>From the moment I sent Mary a mail. I recieved the documents by the next day. </p> <p>I then filled these in, attached all relevant information and sent them back to her. She responded a few days later with the Repudiation letter, which I responded to immediatedly.</p> <p>The issue of dampness and smellyness has been going on late March early April...which again brings me to the fact that we have been waiting three months for a decision.</p> <p>Please understand that we have nowhere to go, otherwise we would. I cannot incurr more debt, in case this claim gets rejected. </p> <p>It was never my intent to place Mary or the Ombud in an embarrassing posision, but my levels of frustration are beyond human tolerance. </p> <p>Our complex insurer made a claim without ever sending an assessor out to our complex....ever. </p> <p> </p> <p>In conclusion, I do understand that the claim may not be in my favour, all I ask is that it is looked at in a fair and just manner. </p> <p>Read my previous review, It is a rant of a frustrated, and angry person, however- this was not directed at Mary but at the lenght of time the processes take....which I think you will fid is a common complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Rishma Nyar</p>
<p>This has to be the worst ever company to deal with....they refuse a claim because 'the complex is not maintained well''</p> <p>yet have NEVER done a site inspection.......</p> <p>The deny a claim because we- the owners were not aware that there was a storm water drain which had burst 1.5 m underneath the TAr ???????/</p> <p> </p> <p>I am in awe that this company can get away with this!!! </p>
<p>All procesess have been followed, I have been contacting Mary weekly and yet....after almost three months....NOTHING!!!! Frustrated and fed up!!!</p>
