The customer service at Vox is actually getting worse with time. Payment was made using the incorrect reference number but an email was sent to show the correction. Vox confirmed receipt of payment but are still requesting POP with the correct reference which means making another payment but they're not refunding the money so that an additional payment can be made. Been calling multiple times and end up being on hold for 30mins + to sort this out. Please rectify and CANCEL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
I have never in my life dealt with such bad and negligent customer service. We've been waiting for Vox since the 13th of December. No one communicates anything, instead they told me they're closing for the holidays. We're expected to pay but still nothing. I've had no communication come through and instead they're trying to get me to approve a debit order mandate that idk what it's even for because the account isn't even going under my profile. I enjoyed their service at my parents home but their service is honestly the ****tiest! And now i see I'm not the crazy one because everyone's reviews are 1 star. You guys need to do something about this. I used to refer people to Vox. Never again
I wrote a review on them 2 weeks ago (18 June) and for that they responded to my whatsapp messages. Thereafter, they keep saying my shoes are coming the following week. It's been an entire month that I have been waiting and now they've stopped communicating again. I've suggested fetching the shoes myself or them just sending my money back and still nothing. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
If it were possible, there would be no stars. I ordered in March and after chasing them for a week, I eventually got my shoes. I ordered again 2 June, and it is now the 18th. My order status has been 'processing'. I'm always following up and I get ignored. The Jacob guy that you can supposedly contact doesn't respond to DMs, emails, SMS, whatsapp and also doesn't answer the phone. Never ever ordering from this place again and I'd advise the same to anyone else.
I have been waiting for a parcel for 2 weeks since getting the message that the parcel had been dispatched (13 July). The Friday after, 17th, I got a call and they asked for my address, after already been given the correct address. Then they said they would find out when they can deliver and no one got back to me. Then I received the message that my parcel was cancelled because for whatever reason, it was taken back to where they originally collected it. Then they dispatched it again on Thursday 23rd and said it would be here soon. This morning, they delivered to my colleague who lives down the road from me and I then heard that they were in my street but at the wrong house. They didn't call me and instead called someone else who did not know what they were talking about and now suddenly, they say they don't have my number. The package says non-delivery. I had to call them to find out what is going and even customer care did not have the correct information. It's honestly frustrating to deal with such incompetence!
