Incompetence is what MTN 680 Lister street knows best. No follow ups despite numerous emails - having been sms'd by their repairs center that my item will be delivered to them in 3-4 days... Now it's day 12 (excel Sat and Sun) - no word whatsoever from Customer care office. Sheer arrogance and clulessness of some in the call centre leaves much to be desired 👎👎👎

What a nightmare it has been reversing a fully paid purchase from to these people. Phone number on the receipt & website forever not working. Their so called cynthia is the mampara of the decade. Never bothers to respond to messages - when she does she just sends "hey there" and disappears. If you do business with these people rest assured you doing it at your own risk-you will be disgusted by their service - that I can assure you-they will take your money then cut you off. FAB Furniture you are pathetic !!!!
<p>Since I have upgraded my phone in March this year I have been to Sandton, Clearwater, Cresta cell -C branches on numerours occasions for ONE problem which your dear employees canot solve-- phone using my aitrime even though Im not on facebook etc.. not activated alerts/ subscriptions. Yesterday afternoon I had about R150 airtime// 50 min//50 sms//60MB data- spend about 20 min on the internet-- no subscription. no purchase made- at the end I was left with 90cents airtime//only cell c -to-cell c sms's-- That 90cents airtime also dissappeared during the day without using the phone whatsoever. I have spet hundreds of rands on airtime which just dissappear- since March. As for Microsoft reps in the branches I can confidantely say they earn salaries without lifting a finger bcoz there are never there</p> <p>Having read this, please dissapoint me by giving me professional service- times are tough I cant be throwing my hard earned money into a bottomless bucket- I want reimbur*****t & explannation of what is really hapening here . As you know there is something called migration, should I not get joy from your people</p> <p> </p>
