Day light robbery by Prosper Funeral and thier UnderWriter Clientele

I claimed a funeral benefit of R20000 only to be paid R16000. My premiums incease from September 2021 and in November 2021. Only to be told clientel the new underwriter sent communication in January seeking mandate from me . Now that im claiming they tell a lot of stories. Was assisted by Ntsoaki M and Madelene Maraz.
