Bad service from Shell garage Protea Glen ext 11
I'm very disappointed at how we were treated at Shell Garage in Protea Glen Ext 11. My brother went to buy bread with R200 and was given change that was short of R10,we went back to verify and talk to them but they said the change was never short. There was even a guy who claimed that he is the manager,then said he is the supervisor. Instead of addressing us with respect and follow the right procedure,he told us that we will never get it. It's our fault and our loss. We even asked him that is that the right way to talk to us, making noise. Why don't you call the cashier,us and rectify what happened. Instead he left us like that standing outside,even the cashier left us like that.So the treatment at Shell Garage in Protea Glen, ext 11 is not up to standard. Staff training is needed coz clearly they missed a few steps in teaching them.

Protea Glen ext 11 clinic
They don't even deserve one star, clinic suppose to close at 18:00,if you get there before 16:00 they tell you they are closed. Horrible service ever. Imagine you and you get turned away to come back the next day. They must close it down if they don't wanna work.

Protea Glen community clinic service
To whom it my concern. I'm writing to discuss a complain I have with Protea Glen clinic at ext 11, contact number (011 297 0815). The service we get as a community is very poor, it has been an on going thing not getting any better but worse. Yesterday 16 August 2023 I took my daughter in as she was sick had herpetic whitlow (isifesane) , set there spent my entire day waiting in the queue to see a doctor. Only at 6pm we where told to go back home and come back to morning the clinic is closing they will be taking emergencies only. It was just a group of 7 patients however I asked for pain killers for my child which I was refused had to stand by the door waiting and begging. After an argument one of the nurses came towards me with a packet of pills gave me two panado tablets on my palm and told me I must go to chiawelo clinic. I took the pills and went home. This has caused me significant inconvenience and has resulted in having to watch my daughter in so much pain and she has to skip school again tomorrow, had I was told earlier that the clinic is closing at 6 and was not going be attended too was going to make other alternative like going to the nearest pharmacy to get something. Protea Glen clinic ext 11 nurses are insensitive, no empathy, rude and have no sense of agency. We asking for help as a community, complain platforms we've been using are not helping, will attack some of the reviews that the community has written. Your help will be highly appreciated. Clinic bad service Protea glen Ext 11
I got to the clinic at 08:02 am on 01.03.2023 for the first time ,people that got at 10:00 am they are done before u the service is bad and the organization. Patient with different illness the use the same line to see the consultation sick or not sick

Protea Glen Clinic is a bad, and poor health care service provider ever.
What a bad service ☹️. We wait on long queues outside for hours while we see the nurse's modelling in the health care promises. This matter is so serious, and they putting our lives and well-being in danger. Some of us are very sick but yet we not attended too. What's their oath? Why can't they priotise their job than social gathering at the place of work.

What a bad service ☹️. We wait on long queues outside for hours while we see the nurse's modelling in the health care promises. This matter is so serious, and they putting our lives and well-being in danger. Some of us are very sick but yet we not attended too. What's their oath? Bad service Protea Glen clinic ext 11
Today 10.03.20 I went to the clinic at about 11:30 am and the experience was very bad ,i was sent to do BP and the results were 158/109 ,my BP was very high as Im feeling very week with a headache and other matters can't say on this mail. I sat there the whole day and at 19:00pm I was next to go inside the consultant room 1 and the Sister-Nurse said they are not going to attend to anyone as is time to knockoff and the is nothing they can do ,so we were chased away without being attended and the fact that we sat there the whole day it means we seriously need help ,I'm very upset and I'm sick and was not attended .I really wish Minister of Health can visit this clinic. The nurses don't show any interest on helping sick people. Service is really BAD.☹️
