Please cancel my policy
I called them to cancel the funeral cover policy last week Friday and I didn't receive any proof that it has been canceled and now I receive a message that OUTSURANCE and SHOPRITE Funeral OT122603252 Hi, your premium was returned by your bank. We will deduct R 92.92 from your account on 17/03/2025 to start your cover from this date. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account to allow for this deduction. Why because because I canceled this cover on Friday 28-02-2025 the Consultant name is Nonhle was the one who was assisting me with all due respect please cancel that policy

I canceled my contract 2 weeks back due to financial difficulties the service when I wanted to cancel it was very bad their consultants they come up with different stories and lie while calls are recorded for security purposes I was really hurt I started to pay since January and I paid them very well I never gave them any problem for them to make me to suffer this way I'm still waiting for my refund they came to collect their router last week Friday the CCD COURIERS was supposed to come Wednesday they didn't come I had to call them Thursday and remind them .so the painful part when you take the contract everything is very fast and but when you cancel 😞 you will feel useless and helpless hopefully I will they will refund me on Monday or Tuesday since received the and they didn't say anything their Consultant must go back to the training and learn HONESTY AND INTEGRITY
