Dr Chris keep up the good work!!

The staff of Pyramid Veterinary Clinic is some of the most caring and professional people I have ever met. Life happens and mistakes happens too because we are human. To give this caring Dr and his staff a bad name because of one tragic happening is really sad. They are well known of caring for animals that cannot talk for themselves. They do a lot of work for Animal Rescue organizations

Good Morning Noorders I write this with a very heavy heart... This morning I called Pyramid Veterinary Clinic, seeking an appointment for my Jack Russell dog. She cannot walk and in discomfort. I asked the lady who answered the phone how does consultation work and advised her that I will not be able to pay the full amount can she please arrange a payment plan. She told me and I quote" Make a plan to pay the amount or send your dog to heaven". I am utterly shocked and disgusted that a vetinary clinic whose purpose which I presumed is to take care of pets for the love of it even that has been stripped of humanity. I did not ask for a handout or free treatment at all however all I asked for a payment option. This pandemic has really affected my business and income but it has not let me loose my humanity. Shocked and disgusted is putting it mildly. What a sad day that we as humans can not help each other.. Never will I ever recommend there services to anyone.

The last few months I have had terrible experience at this animal hospital. First of all I am concerned with regards to their priorities. Do you truly care about the animals.? Or is this just a money making scheme. Be sure that when you enter this premises you will not be greeted friendly. You will have a chance to quickly explain yourself and then be informed how much R this will put you back. Oh and so sarcastic. No compassion from any of the staff. Rude assistants. I wonder if they sometimes still realize that we are paying customers. Anyway I will never ever go back to this animal hospital agan and will also not recommend to anyone at all. They are the only vet in our area and they are abusing that. I will rather drive to town. Please rethink why you went into this industry. Are you there for the right REASONS? is there any criteria you use to recruit your assistants as I am sure they should have some sort of people skills?

My beloved Ritzy (Schnauzer x Poodle) died horrifically on 31 July 2015 due to the negligence of a Vet. <br> I am writing to you because I don't want this to ever happen to any other animal in the care at the vet involved.<br> Ritzy was bitten by a bontpoot tick and as soon as we discovered this we immediately took her to the vet for treatment on 22 July 2015. She didn't get tick-bite fever however they had to cut out all the dead and infected tissue on the back of her leg. She was in their care for almost a week and I visited her everyday after work. She definitely didn't want to be there that was very clear. But she had to stay to get the best treatment possible. On Sunday 26 July 2015 I was allowed to take her home and take her back every 2nd day for bandage changes. <br> When I took her back for her 2nd bandage change on Thursday 30 July 2015 the vet said she should stay overnight again so they can close the wound as it is healing very well. I agreed and left her in their care.<br> The morning of 31 July 2015 I received a call from the vet on my way to work and they informed me that Ritzy got out of her cage and they have been driving around but can't find her. Immediately I was so furiou
