We’re very sorry to hear that you were unable to reach our roadside assistance team when you needed support.
This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We’ve escalated the matter and requested an urgent review to understand what went wrong and to ensure it is addressed.
We also apologise for the delayed response — we experienced technical difficulties that affected some of our communication channels.
