Please employ competent people in your billings department. My debit date is the last day of the month. So 30th November fell on Sunday. The next debit run will go off on Tuesday. This morning (Monday) I receive a threatening SMS stating that I will be disconnected if I do not settle payment immediately. Stop this bullying and don't stress us the pensioners. You guys are a joke. Hang your heads in shame. Bunch of clowns.
Poor service from Fairsure. No one bothers to return your calls. Management needs to come on board. We pensioners don't need this sub standard service. Disappointed.
Your client service centre is an absolute joke. Called in three times today. Consultant's all busy. As normal high call volume. Was asked to leave my contact details for a consultant to return my call. Still waiting. Poor and unacceptable customer service. As a medical aid contact centre calls should be answered promptly. Membership fees are sky high but service received is shocking. Being a pensioner this is not good. Shoddy service.
Please take your clients seriously. Submitted my claim around two weeks ago. Called your contact center this morning. Confirmed all documents received but no idea when claim will be processed. Poor service from Hollard. Informed Hollard Insurance of Rodel Administration using unqualified assessors to carry out assessments on claims. No feedback received to date. Rodel needs to be exposed. Hollard keeping mum on this issue is disgusting. Hang your heads in shame.
