This is the worst hotel and please don't book it there are long stairs you have to walk for dinner and breakfast rooms have no internet access, not to mention the receptionist and staff they don't even care about their guests. I've never been so disguisted

We made a dinner reservation, for a special occasion with friends from the UK, on Saturday 8 April. Based on the website images, dress code and prices, it appeared to be an upmarket venue but this was not the case. The menu items, and escalated pricing, was nothing like the one on the website. The staff was noisy, the service was poor and the toilets so disgusting & smelly that we would not use them. The seafood pasta was rubbery, we were give 3 paper serviettes (for a party of 4) and bottled water was served with a straw & no glass. Our Dom Pedro's arrived so late that I had already asked for them to be cancelled and our bill given to us. The restaurant was not by any means busy, so it must be mayhem when it is. This was certainly not an enjoyable experience for us & our overseas guests.
