Absolutely pathetic severs.. I would not recommend this company. The owner is rude not friendly at all No where did they say the amount for the call out When I explained to him what was wrong I was told he can fix it now all of a sudden cant be fixed and needs to be replaced for R2000 the machine is 10 years old so it's not even worth fixing.. instead of trying to make a buck rather tell the client to get a new one .. please go anywhere else rather then thses people

Hi I also have been having a terrible time to get a hold of them You phone then get told the technician will give you a call which never ever happens They came last week to repair my fridge/ freezer took my parts and now they haven’t replied or called in a week with any feedback or returned my parts. The communication of this company is horrible I phone daily to find out what is happening I need it my parts back and need an answer Don’t use them, we’ve handed it over to our insurance company

I contacted Randburg Appliances who confirmed they could fix a home appliance. Subsequently I received a call from someone who mentioned a different company name, Randburg Appliances confirmed the technician was from the same company. After collecting the unit for repairs, then subsequently missing multiple agreed meeting times the unit was returned. Only 20% of the unit was repaired, when contacting Randburg Appliances I am told to deal with the person who did the work directly. Clearly Randburg Appliances is subcontracting their work without telling clients and in addition is not standing by their 6 month guarantee. I strongly suggest not using them.

Emsy (technician) failed to update me for 3 days after my fridge was promised to be repaired. I called to say that i am disappointed with his service, w hereafter he started screaming saying that I must "just wait" and that there's nothing he can do and he has no problem cancelling my order. Upon asking if he would allow me to speak he said No cause he is not going to listen and take the blame as the part takes long to arrive........shocked at this (I have never been screamed at by someone I am paying for a service) I called the office to complain. After promising to follow up and call back I was not surprised to not receive a call (Mike made me wait 2 days for a 2 line e-mail to my insurer advising of the fault on the fridge). Bottom line is that this company just doesn't care about customer service. They actually don't have any control over the actions of their technicians (I wonder if they are even properly qualified or verified). I was told by Mike at the office that Emsy was calling me all the time but couldn't tell me when Emsy had called, when i probed he instead asked me if I want my fridge fixed or not!!! When you think that you are doing favors for people who are paying you.....you've got serious problems. Anyway I am glad not to let such negativity into my home........imagine a screaming ranting technician with no accountable or responsibility for his actions in my home......good luck to this company for the future as I will make sure I tell everyone I know about this service.
