I wish I could give a minus rating. Submitted a claim on 10/3/2024, to date I am waiting for my claim to be processed. I appears that the incorrect IMEI number was loaded when I took up my upgrade last year, I have been paying for this insurance since then. when I submitted my claim I was told that the phone I am claiming for was not insured as they have the IMEI does not correspond. After about 20 phone calls, 40 emails back and forth, I was told that they will correct the IMEI number so that my claim can be processed. I Gave it 3 weeks and decided to contact for a follow up. Now I get told I must provide proof of Blacklisting, I sent in what the store gave me and have sent the email I received from customer care. Still when asking for a follow up I get the same response, we need proof of blacklisting. I have now sent this through 12 times. still saying on the system application in progress. WHAT A ****** JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A *******, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IN RETURN YOU GET NOTHING.
Things have changed here. Missing the good vibe from the well known barman / barladies and service is not great. New management reducing salaries and cutting shifts is having a negative effect on the business. Clearly a small and different clientele is not a good vibe for this place. Highly disappointed. Food is not up to the standard that it was. Need to buck up guys to keep going. Drugs are still a major problem and not paying staff is against the law. Time for an audit I think............
No Chicken once again, this is now the 6th attempt to purchase chicken. We gave you a chance 6 times now never again. KFC BLACKHEATH never again.....
Arrived at 8.30 pm for a quick bite to eat as they close at 9.30pm. We were told they were closed eventhou they still had customers sitting down. The staff were all so rude, they just laughed at us. We spend a lot of money in your store only to be treated like this.
Never got any chicken????? Really pathetic service, you sit in the drive thru in a queue and then when it's your time order they inform you that they have no Chicken pieces. We are a family of 5 and spend a lot of money in your stores. This is now the 3rd time this has happened. This is your Cresta/Blackheath store. You need to get your act together!!!!
Teljoy sends an email to inform you about being a good customer and wanting to reward you with an exclusive offer. " you have been qualified for R499, no credit check, no vetting and no documents required. Just order and we will deliver your goods. " Not as it seems. After phone call after phone call, eventually I get told that my order will be processed. Then get an sms saying that I do not qualify. Email after email I eventually get a reply saying that they do not know why I got that email as I do not qualify for this exclusive offer. Clearly they still do vetting and credit checks to come to this outcome. Been 3 weeks since I first applied. Been a customer for 3 years with no payment problems and this is how you get treated and no one can give me an ànswer. Teljoy you are a joke. Cannot wait when my contract ends and I Own my goods that I have rented for 3 years.
