I've been dealing with Randburg Motorcycles since last year. Bought a bike from them, had it serviced, and a recent warranty replacement part fitted. I've never had anything but excellent service from everyone there. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I called Randburg Motorcycles for a price on globes for my bike. I told them I cannot come to the shop so they suggested I send the sample of the globe on what's up so that they can see if they have stock. Within a few minutes I had a response that they have stock with the price. I was truly amazed at the quick response. It was also much cheaper than any bike shop in Randburg. When I went into the shop I was helped by 2 assistants simultaneously. Within seconds I got my globes and paid.

Totally disgusted with the service received from Randburg Motorcycles. They sold my husband a bike with gearbox problems, according to the sales person, he said that he has sent it to his technical department whereby they have said that there is nothing major wrong with the bike. My husband didn't even drive the bike for more than a month and the gearbox packed up whereby the total cost for fixing this is R 15 000.00. My husband sent a qoute (the qoute was for ONLY opening the gearbox and see what the problem is inside and came to a R 7000, just to find that the gearbox is broken) where they said they will pay half of the damage. Now that we paid the R 15 000 and requested payment now suddenly Mr Powell is not working there anymore an nobody knows of the empty promise. Even though it was sent via email and in the email was mentioned that it was decided that Randburg Motorcycles will pay 50%.....

Popped in this weekend for a fresh set of rubber, Michael blew me away with the discount he gave me on Michelin Street Pilots! I can’t wait to pick up my bike today and take her for a spin on the new tekkies ? I’ve been a regular customer here since my MotoMia s******ing days, and will continue to support this awesome establishment! That’s what customer care is about Dan!

Have had another wonderful experience from Randburg Motorcycles. Had a minor accident, was messed around by my insurance company, which they where very understanding and tollorent of the delay, that went on for nearly 3 weeks. In the end they where able to repair my baby on my non-existent Januworry budget. Not for the first time, I got a job well done and good value for money. Shayvonne and Danie; well done. Big Thank You.

They refused to give me a ballpark quote for a basic service on my s******, that they sold me, (Sym 150cc) and said I had to bring the bike in for a quote. They promised to contact me the same day or early next. They didn't so I phoned this morning. Charmaine promised to phone back in a half hour. She didn't and I eventually went to the shop two hours later. The quote was twice what I expected (R1800) so I refused. They then said I had to pay R450 to release the bike. This is not cool because they had refused to give me a rough idea of how much I was in for earlier so I was over a barrel. I said that I was a long term customer and Charmaine said "You're not a customer anymore". I replied "You got that right!!". I cannot believe their attitude. I got another quote from a different Sym agent at half their price (R950) and a much better attitude. I will never be going back and neither will anyone I know.
