Rental relationship management Poor customer service and unprofessional conduct!
If Hellopeter had - zero rating that would be my selection right now, the poor service from these individuals is horrifying specifically the rental relationship management. From unprofessional conduct being sent from pillar to post to acknowledge simple escalation, delay tactics in attending to defects and non-compliances to simple regulatory requirements prior to occupation. Not mentioning ridiculous terms and conditions as well as unfair penalties when their landlords are in breach is disturbing. No tenant especially as a female with small children should ever be subjected to such uninhabitable conditions from a property managed by such big company which we all thought we can trust. They seem to hate their jobs

Rawsons Property Group Northcliff
This company is totally ********* and ****s to boot. Russell came to us and explained an Addendum to us and said that there was no ways they could use that plus Petro also said she would stop marketing the property once we signed the Offer to Purchase yet she is still marketing same and they are bringing in the Addendum which Russell explained could no ways be used until 6 months had passed. Plus they already passed it on to the Conveyancers who I called after they had e-mailed me to ask whether there was anything else I needed to do. Definitely do not recommend them in view of the above and I trust that the powers that be will take action against these two agents. It is also our intention to go to the Ombudsman. Hopefully Rawsons will take appropriate action once they get this review

Incompetent service
This is the most incompetent property group ever they I listed my property with these people in February they respond late to emails when you seeking clarity In the financial situation and their statements are shady/bogus with no specific explanation in where and how your money was spent they dodging call from me. We receive late payments from this company as we speak I’m still awaiting on my Month of May payments and they still owe me an amount of R4000 on top of it. In our contract we agreed upon 7% no vat but when they deduct they still hold vat on top of their deductions.

I do not recommend Rawson Property Group Northcliff. I have never dealt with a real-estate agency that makes it permissible for their agents to harass potential/past clients. I have received several emails that were unsolicited post refusal of service. The agent was verbally combative, prying, taunting and disrespectful to my family and I. This has continued from November 2020 to May 2021.
