If Hellopeter had - zero rating that would be my selection right now, the poor service from these individuals is horrifying specifically the rental relationship management. From unprofessional conduct being sent from pillar to post to acknowledge simple escalation, delay tactics in attending to defects and non-compliances to simple regulatory requirements prior to occupation. Not mentioning ridiculous terms and conditions as well as unfair penalties when their landlords are in breach is disturbing. No tenant especially as a female with small children should ever be subjected to such uninhabitable conditions from a property managed by such big company which we all thought we can trust. They seem to hate their jobs
It has been months (+2) being sent pillar to post, there has been glitches in the billing system which i have logged and request manual intervention to remediate and avoid inconveniences to me. It appears as though the billing was sorted in November because my account was successfully debited and another 100gig was loaded. Sadly we couldn't use the data in the MTN SIM 0782951264 which was automatically cancelled by system and mistakenly converted from M2M to prepaid. Router SN: 2DN7525114003477 shows red light and we cannot access the internet connection. When the SIM is inserted into a mobile phone it also cannot connect to provide data connection. The MTN customer service is failing to render a service to fix this issue, the MTN telephonic line failed, the MTN store first agent failed at Clearwater, the email customer service box appears to be failing they hate their jobs these people you see by how nonchalant and casually they race through the service. Please see below email thread? My ask is not unjust or unreasonable it's simply a CPA right that we all have when paying for services from service providers. I urgently need your assistance to be provided access to the now converted prepaid SIM through the router I received.

If -0 (Zero) was available as a rating I will be putting it here, they don't even reserve a one rating, it's all good when they sign you up once they secure you as a customer they treat you like ****, I logged a move to different house a month ahead they promised all is done , I get here plug everything only to be told they didn't bother processing my request back in November 1st, if you want to waste your money sign up with them. It is now 7 days with no internet connection logging tickets and following up they don't even bother answering you get a robot with automated response. I even logged faults ticket number WA1281475 this is the last one they don't even share status when you follow up, you get ignored.
If this rating had zero (0) I would be asking for negative 0. If you want to waste your money go ahead and sign up, when you call or WhatsApp to get authorisation they send you from pillar to post hours on hours. My daughter needed to be admitted to ER they didn't care. My son needed to see Dr after injury they didn't care. Today is a third incident I have had it with poor service I will be immediately cancelling after typing this review.
Their service is very professional and friendly, they are quick to respond to claims.

Debt rescue team lead by Annaline Chantal Van Der Poel are the best debt counsellors in South Africa. Over the past few years of receiving their services without any issues has revived my hope in the debt review program Their tough negotiations skills with creditors, their consistent communication and their willingness to assist through out the journey is beyond Amazing. Annaline walks the talk, we need more leaders like her in industries which deals with people's livelihood.
The worst service i have ever received order 134522189. I have proof of driver opening the wet box and cleaning up the opened items which spilled over. I logged a return now some *********** department is accusing me of opening the box myself and making it wet. After so many years as a customer not even 1 return when take a lot has to do right for their mess i am treated like ****. I sent many emails without any help, i sent proof of pictures daily no help. Who can escalate this matter for resolution?
