Greg Wilkinson at Flight Centre 4 ways Johannesburg went over and beyond the call of duty. This was despite my throwing a hissy fit along the way, he never lost his cool and professionalism. If this is how the agents are at Flight Centre, I really, really recommend them.
This company is totally ********* and ****s to boot. Russell came to us and explained an Addendum to us and said that there was no ways they could use that plus Petro also said she would stop marketing the property once we signed the Offer to Purchase yet she is still marketing same and they are bringing in the Addendum which Russell explained could no ways be used until 6 months had passed. Plus they already passed it on to the Conveyancers who I called after they had e-mailed me to ask whether there was anything else I needed to do. Definitely do not recommend them in view of the above and I trust that the powers that be will take action against these two agents. It is also our intention to go to the Ombudsman. Hopefully Rawsons will take appropriate action once they get this review
Had some guy phone me and tell me all lies in order to upgrade me. Took at least 30-40 calls back to Cell C in order to sort out the problem. The only thing in the company's favour is the price
Was sent a gift from my daughter (who lives in Greece) for Mother's Day and when I called them to tell them the orchid in the order was already dying their answer was in the line of "well sorry for you - nothing we can do". Appalled as I have other older orchids exactly the same which are still looking fresh. Will personally never use them
This is a hair care company (top end products) and despite being worried about using them, they proved to be excellent and their delivery time was also great. No problems at all with the service. Kept me informed.
Last year, during lockdown, I ordered 2 Steers Burgers from the Blue Hills Branch., to be delivered by Uber The order was put through TWICE and extras added to it. To date I have heard nothing from either company nor had a refun
Most incredible online company. Prices, reviews and info regarding the product are very good. Their returns policy is amazing and #WOW. They take back any damaged, unsuitable or other items with no hassle and credit you moneywise immediately. Delivery service is also excellent and #WOW
This company is a sham. They do not answer their phones, do not reply to e-mails and their offices are locked if you go there plus they DO NOT deliver what you have paid them for. Totally under-delivered on an order made and PAID for and returned to them via Courierit. Am still waiting to hear from them or have my money returned - close to R500-00 which is a lot....
Grass Direct: In actual fact this company gets zero stars from me. I bought and paid for 10 rolls of Teff Grass for my horses just prior to lockdown. The Teff was mouldy and full of ****s. The owner promised to collect and refund me which he has not done to date. He ignores my messages, calls etc. So it comes down to "buyer beware"
Shocking, shocking, shocking. Put through my Credit Card TWICE for the same order and never gave me the 50% discount as promised in their e-mail. So a meal which was supposed to cost me just under R100 ended up costing me over R300. Plus never gave them the CVC number, and they tried to put the non-transaction through my husband's CC. Will never use them again
