POOR SERVICE, RUDENESS AND ARROGANCE

Today I visited Rebel Elite Fitness Johannesburg' at 16H25. A customer was exiting the premises and he kept the door open for me to enter. When I entered there was nobody at the counter. I waited a few minutes and then someone arrived at the counter area from a back office and before I had time to say anything he goes "Oh no, I cannot help you now. I am late. Come back tomorrow and I will help you". I never experienced such rudeness and arrogance. I have done many reviews on Hello Peter and on Google and most of them get a 5 star rating. Rebel Elite Fitness Johannesburg will be an exception. I certainly won't be looking for help again from this crowd.
