#Reeds N1 City. Your customer service stinks .Booked my Isuzu in for a service, was in by 08h30. Said I will be at N1 mall, went for brekkie, ask please call me when vehicle is ready. No correspondence, I left 2 calls to get update, nothing. Walked back by 14h30, that is 6 hrs later, my vehicle still not serviced and no urgency shown nor customer care. I'm 66 and suffer with a sore back, no shuttle service, so I had to wait. Well I don't need you, this is not for free, you charge thousands for this service but think nothing of the customer, You think we a captured income, Sorry, cancel, give my vehicle back, Now. I' ve booked my vehicle into Isuzu Cape Gate for Thursday. Won't use Reeds N1 again. CAA505251

Unfortunately the lowest rating I can give is a 1 star. I purchased an extended service plan and warranty from Reeds N1 and on taking my vehile in for a service they were not aware of either and wanted to charge me. Once they realised the warranty was in place for a faulty clutch, they said the vehicle has only done 60k kilometres and the warranty only comes into effect at 120k kilometres. How can an established dealership not understand how extended service plans and warranties work? Let along ones they sell to their customers. Lack of understanding of sold products, extremely poor communication, and the attitude that the products are not directly from Isuzu and therefore not their problem are amoung the reasons I would highly recommend against Reeds N1 City. Lastly on receipt of my vehicle after 2 days, noting it still has to go in for the unresolved warranty claim, I received the vehicle with a bent fuel flap and a broken storage compartment infront of the fuse box.

So in June i was stuck in the garage in Bellville South due to the clutch not coming back up so Insurance towed the car to Reeds N1 City but it was closed so they had to take to GWM Cape Gate and they said they fixed the car and it was a clutch issue The car cam back and i heard the sound fortunately it was due for service and i took it to Reeds N1 city and i told them to check for me first they refused to check it for me they said i must take back to Cape Gate because they did not put the clutch for me and i was like i did not say fixed it just check for me and they did and they also said yes the clutch is not 100 % working and i took it back to Cape Gate and they fix it. After a few days i had the same issue where the clutch did not come back again and i called them to book for repairs and they did not fix the car at all and said its now under warranty and i was like what was fixed before . they asked me to go back to Reeds N1 City and i did and now Reeds N1 city they don't want to fix my car because they say its clutch and its not under warranty but my question is how come i have a clutch issue and what was fixed before in Cape Gate and the car is not even over 60000km and i hardly driver the car because i am working from home Now they refusing to fix my car trying to blame me and im sure they didn't even check if its an clutch issue because i can still change the gears

Reeds N1 City Goodwood staff extremely unprofessional and mechanics extremely lazy. Vehicle booked in at 07:00, at 14:45 still busy at 16:10 I must contact them, and was informed they still did not start. I lodge a complaint against service manager and lazy *********** service advisor. 25/06
