So in June i was stuck in the garage in Bellville South due to the clutch not coming back up so Insurance towed the car to Reeds N1 City but it was closed so they had to take to GWM Cape Gate and they said they fixed the car and it was a clutch issue The car cam back and i heard the sound fortunately it was due for service and i took it to Reeds N1 city and i told them to check for me first they refused to check it for me they said i must take back to Cape Gate because they did not put the clutch for me and i was like i did not say fixed it just check for me and they did and they also said yes the clutch is not 100 % working and i took it back to Cape Gate and they fix it. After a few days i had the same issue where the clutch did not come back again and i called them to book for repairs and they did not fix the car at all and said its now under warranty and i was like what was fixed before . they asked me to go back to Reeds N1 City and i did and now Reeds N1 city they don't want to fix my car because they say its clutch and its not under warranty but my question is how come i have a clutch issue and what was fixed before in Cape Gate and the car is not even over 60000km and i hardly driver the car because i am working from home Now they refusing to fix my car trying to blame me and im sure they didn't even check if its an clutch issue because i can still change the gears
I am so angry and disappointed with African bank, I have been having credit card with them and everything was ok and not even one miss payment on my side , recently I received an sms that my card is blocked and I went to the bank whereby they said its a system error and interest free benefit was added to my card which I do not qualify for which was their fault because i did not applied for that benefit and they will resolve this issue. This is not fair to me because now they say I must pay R10000 which I did not use at all and they said this started in July but why they did not noticed bug in that month why after 3 months and worse how can you pay for the bug that is in their system .I'm very disappointed with this and I cant wait to close this account because maybe this will happen again and who is going to pay for their system error :( the bank you no trust shame ay never

Today i was going through my Credit card statement, I realised I was being charged R799 last month on the 7th of August and on the 7th of September i was charged R1186 as well and in July i was charged as well under description it says, Finance Charge which is very vague. The problem is i got a debit order with Nedbank and they always debit their money, so they took these Finance Charge without telling me and no one told me about this Finance charge before. i feel like this is not fair coz its not even included in your monthly statement , they just surprised you in every month. Someone sort this out and I want my money back otherwise i will have to paid up a credit card and close it :(
someone was able to buy airtime with my card almost R1000 i lost due to this. i went to Capitec bank and they change the card but this thing did not stop at all, i went again and they said they pay back the money now they calling me that they wont pay. i almost transfer my debit orders to Capitec i'm glad i did not, and tomorrow i'm closing Capitec account because i cant bank with the bank that i do not trust
