What a Disgrace. Pathetic Unprofessional and Poor service.

Hi my name is Mr T W Mahlangu. I have done an insurance partial surrender withdrawal on my Regent/Hollard policy on the 2nd of January to cover my daughter's School related problems, But due to a poor and pathetic service from Regent/Hollard team it is now the 20th of January.
