Horrible ****tails and terrible service

They made the most horrible ****tail with no taste of alcohol whatsoever, when we complained about this our waiter went for more than 15 minutes and returned with no solution. We asked for the bar man to our table, instead of honoring our request, he asked us to come to him by the bar!

The manager on duty is not the friendliest but atleast he took back our ****tails, later to return them with no difference.

As a loyal customer to this branch, I am extremely disappointed!!!
