They didn't deliver. Refused to cancel and refund. Got insulting and now I have to go to Paygate to get my money back.
I was told and asked to order online.
Nothing was delivered. Last time the system just didn't process the order. This time they asked me to order, I do, and the system accepts the order and takes my money.
But then I get a call from a cashier who tells me I need to order in delivery times. I checked my payslip an it turns out I don't actually work for Rib and Burger and they didn't say anything on their site about delivery times, and their system accepted a delivery outside of those times.
I then get handed to an arrogant manager who wants to know what my problem is, takes on the issue with no actual clue what the issue is and he proceeds to tell me it's my fault because I ordered delivery at the wrong time.
I asked for the order to be cancelled so I could order via Mr D, he refused. I demanded he did it and he refused. I then text the marketing manager, who has made no attempt to call me back.
No delivery was made. No follow up. No response to my request for a refund. The store manager confirmed that the marketing manager is aware of the situation and has been refusing to take calls or respond or refund.
I've gone from promoting this brand and now I'll never eat there again.
