Incompetency.
Tell me why we had to find out own table? Explain why we sat there for a good 20-30 minutes just for a mere menu? Elaborate why we had to literally ask for menus, tell me why the waiters didn't bother to even intro themselves? How do you give people the menu and then expect them to order their and there? Alberton branch is the pits, colourism at its best, incompetency at it peak. You'll treat people like ****.

Disappointing Experience
Our visit to Ribs & Burgers Town Square Newmarket was underwhelming. It took far too long for anyone to take our order, and most of the drinks we wanted were out of stock. The kids’ ribs were shockingly overpriced (only two ribs with chips, costing more than some adult meals). To make matters worse, the kids’ meal arrived so late that the adults were nearly finished eating. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Room for improvement.
Ribs and Burgers new market wasn't the best. The staff was lovely when it comes to being polite and kind but lacked a bit when it comes to servicing customers. The food took long to arrive and for the long wait you'd expect to at least receive the best tasting food.

Great Food !!!!
We had a chance to visit this restaurant as previously heard great reviews about the food and the excitement of this new store which recently opened had us rushing to go and experience it ourselves. The moment you walk in it’s the atmosphere is buzzing with excitement and attention to detail is incredible and visually appealing. This is a place you would enjoy to sit and relax and have great drinks and food. Lots of good things they have going here but firstly must mention the food is absolutely delicious and the drinks are just as good. You will not be disappointed with the options available in food. This is definitely a place we would visit in future. The only thing that for us was the delayed waiting for water and when it arrived the glasses seemed as they not clean probably. There’s lots of other things they can improve on especially when it’s busy but I am confident after a few months it we’ll be worth the 5 stars. Thank you to our waiter Sinakho who took care of us.
