You'll tick fixed interest rate they will tell you not yours is not fixed, you jump on a call with their personnel they confirm that it's actually fixed. Oh get this your homeloan statement doesn't look their statement, they are previe to information that you as the homeloaner don't have, they were charging me R1000 extra. I only found out this past weekend to top it all off its confusing them that we dont have the same statement. The waiter named Mpho M, we went to her counter to try and order food, she was playing her tik toks and laughing paying us no mind even after we greeted she ignored us and continued with her life, when we placed the order she kept scrolling on her tik tok and laughing, took one look at us and continued with her business. Kept saying she wants to knock off now repeatedly, told us to go sit down she will bring the pre ticket.
