Rietvlei Zoo farm - cancelation policy and money back issues - no feedback

Booked a venue - paid the deposit, later paid the balance. had to follow up numerous times. No communication sent regarding ''Cancellation policy'' and refunds.

The event unfortunately got cancelled and I asked what the policy is and was told NO MONEY BACK.

After calling and emailing numerous times again - I asked for the communication that states what the Policy is, was told because they failed to send methe info they will pay back the 50% amount.

Emailed and asked for payment date, no reply. sent messages I get told it is still in processing and they don't know when I will get my money back.

no one willing to assist with answers
