SERVICE IS KEY, THANKS GUYS
I would like to thank the Risk Slip team for all the assistance we have received thus far. Early 2019, we submitted a claim for one of our busses, the claims team were in constant communication with us and within 3 weeks our claim was finalized. Now in 2020, we called requesting for some information and guess what all the requested info was sent to us within minutes. BIG UPS TO YOU GUYS.

unfaithful staff of riskslip and lion of Africa
This two insurance company are robing people we had a car that was written off and we only find out now that we were supposed to give them original docs and now that car was suppose to be paid for discussion and now is owing so insurance want us to pay for the that we don't have it. on Tuesday we gave the the docs and promise to pay the outstanding funisa but today I am calling theme they were need to pay for how can we pay for car that we don't have. insurance must stop Robbing us now we can't get discounts of other cars guys stop Robbing us.lion of Africa and riskslip talking different story remove that from our name we need to go get disc for other cars

RISK SLIP _ WORST COMPANY FOR INSURANCE EVER
Risk Slip Underwriters, one of the most unprofessional underwriters in the insurance industry. Hannes Coetze , company CEO makes the best promises and offers the most imaginable "BEST INSURANCE COVER IN THE WORLD". when you need the cover or have a claim its "PROMISE UPON PROMISE" . he runs around in circles with stories. further more as a ex employee of the company, he treats his staff like Sh*&T. he offers a very good salary package and come payday - he does not pay that amount and twist stories and shuffles you around in different positions. when things go bad he changes your salary without notice and changes your position. worst company to do any business with.

what parthetic customer service
What a Robbing insurance company and what a parthetic services. Risk slip insurance is Robbing us we added our on March this year and that we bought with 360000.00 and on the contract is saying sum insured is 360000.00 and we were not told about the retail value which they are to pay out 192000.00 what are we going to do with that amount because you can't even buy a Quatum with that cash.so please stop Robbing us and give us money that can buy another car or fix our car as soon as possible because is 3 weeks now that is our only income we do not have money now what is the point of joining insurance if we will be robbed like this

Bonsure Insurance underwritten by Risk Slip
On the 19th 0f December 2017 I submitted a claim with Bonsure Insurance underwritten by Risk Slip. They told me that my car had been written off and that they'd do a payout. Today is the 24th of February & they haven't paid out yet. Each time I call they tell me that they can't pay out till I submit the agreement of loss. For the past one month I've been asking them to send me the agreement of loss for me to sign but to no avail. They keep telling me that the claim is still with management for processing. We are getting into the third month now and they haven't paid out. The most interesting part is that they never fail to collect their premiums yet they fail drastically to deliver what you've been paying them for. I regret ever choosing these people as my insurers because in times of need they are not dependable. They keep telling me that they've been having problems with their systems; I find them to be unstable as water! It's getting to 3 months now and no payout! I'm just wondering, if u can't render the service why collect money for it? Why not leave the industry for those who know what they are doing? Bonsure Insurance underwritten by Risk Slip, I'm greatly disappointed in ur stinking service!

Bonsure Insurance underwritten by Risk Slip
On the 19th 0f December 2017 I submitted a claim with Bonsure Insurance underwritten by Risk Slip. They told me that my car had been written off and that they'd do a payout. Today is the 24th of February & they haven't paid out yet. Each time I call they tell me that they can't pay out till I submit the agreement of loss. For the past one month I've been asking them to send me the agreement of loss for me to sign but to no avail. They keep telling me that the claim is still with management for processing. We are getting into the third month now and they haven't paid out.
