My Broker is Axsure and the insurer is Lion Of Africa. My car was in an accident a truck drove into the car while stationary. It's taking them forever to settle the claim, absolutely no sense of urgency from Axsure or Lion of Africa. I was rild the car is written off a week ago and I will recieve a agreement of Loss. ALMOST A WEEK AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.
Day 5 and still no assessor appointed to assess my vehicle. No sense of urgency and no communication what so ever from them.
A truck drive into my driver while the vehicle was standing on the emergency lane. Had to get my own row truck and pay for it, I was told to send a invoice and i will be reimbursed, now I get told i will only get reimbursed once my claim is approved. I was instructed to tow the vehicle to my place of residence, the vehicle is completely damaged. It's day 2 and I still have not been appointed an assessor. This is my course of income yet there is no urgency from this company.
I bought a jbl soundbar from Mario Peake, he claims he did not test it before sending it, wen the item arrived only to find tht the soundbar does not link up. I returned the item and he agreed to refund me, upon collecting the item he claims the soundbar is blown and conviently says he did not test the item before sending it he refused to give me a refund. I find this very strange that the item was not tested before sending and he sent me the incorrect sub which did not link up to sound bar. I am totally disgussed with mtn service at the glen shopping mall and the repair centre. My phone crashed and I took the device in for repairs at mtn the glen, sloppy service first of all, told the lady my phone has a small crack at the back and under no circumstance do I want them to replace that because i brought the phone in for software problem. A week later I called the service centre, pathetic service, no one could assist me. Today I get a sms stating I need to pay R656.7 for the cracked screen at the back or R330 if I reject the quote , disgusting way ofdoing business and trying to milk people out of their hard earned cash. I am totally disgussed!!! I will not pay this you are forcing me to pay u money regardless. I was not made aware of this. Keep ur phone and cancel my contract !!!
