This insurance with their insurance broker khanyisa broker are not really helpful. When you join their insurance they don't tell you that when the car is involved in an accident they will supply the parts from their own spares and they don't let the penal beater to order their parts. Our car was involved in an accident on the 06 July 2021 and the claim was authorized on the 16 July 2021 even today the panel beater did not receive the required parts when you call lerato she will tell me that the part will be delivered and till today is not delivered and I also called the owner of the insurance broker who advice me that she didn't know that the parts was suppose to be delivered by the insurance. I am so ****ed off as now I don't have an income because my car is been at the penal beater for months now.
This two insurance company are robing people we had a car that was written off and we only find out now that we were supposed to give them original docs and now that car was suppose to be paid for discussion and now is owing so insurance want us to pay for the that we don't have it. on Tuesday we gave the the docs and promise to pay the outstanding funisa but today I am calling theme they were need to pay for how can we pay for car that we don't have. insurance must stop Robbing us now we can't get discounts of other cars guys stop Robbing us.lion of Africa and riskslip talking different story remove that from our name we need to go get disc for other cars
When you insure your car they promise that they insure your car with a sum insured amount and now when you are involved in an accident they telling you that they pay you in a retail value.we have insure our Mercedes-Benz sprinter that we have bought it with R360000.00 and they saying it will be insurance d with that amount and we were paying premium on R360000.00. Lion of Africa is writing off our car and they are giving us R192000.00 what sprinter are we going to get.we want this matter to be resolved and we want our money or car by tomorrow .is been 3 weeks now and we not getting anywhere but we will not accept your 192000.00 or go get us a sprinter with that amount and see if you can get it
What a Robbing insurance company and what a parthetic services. Risk slip insurance is Robbing us we added our on March this year and that we bought with 360000.00 and on the contract is saying sum insured is 360000.00 and we were not told about the retail value which they are to pay out 192000.00 what are we going to do with that amount because you can't even buy a Quatum with that cash.so please stop Robbing us and give us money that can buy another car or fix our car as soon as possible because is 3 weeks now that is our only income we do not have money now what is the point of joining insurance if we will be robbed like this

<p>I bought a iron at boxer in thohoyandou and bought 2 iron the other one I was buying it for some one else only to find out that person don't need it anymore and I bought it on Saturday.i was in thohoyandou just for weekend and I am am based in Johannesburg so I saw that I don't have to go back in thohoyandou so I thought because the is boxer in Johannesburg I will change it there and take something else jo the service I got at boxer in noord Street was parthetic they don't have customer service I have a receipt and their iron is still in the box so don't understand why they refuse to change it for me I mean I am based in Johannesburg so do I need to go back in venda to change is a poor service </p>
<p>Claim no cl107559 my car was involved in an accident on the 20 August 2016 is not yet fixed.i logged a complain and is not resolved yes the claim is authorised but the parts are not yet delivered in receive a call on Friday telling me that parts will be delivered last week Friday still today is not yet delivered.is a month now the car is not yet fixed.ctu insurance services is disgusting and they don't care about their customer this service is unacceptable is very poor.</p>
<p>Our relationship was involved in an accident on the 20 of August I then submitted claim forms on Monday and till today our is not yet fixed.the are sending us from pillar to post their service is pathetic and they have debited their instalment is been 3 weeks now still our is not yet fixed they have not yet started.the person who is dealing with the claim is Simarashe Mahlasela today he will say something else tomorrow something else.their service is pathetic we not happy at all and month end they want to debit their instalment.they are happy when they debit money but when is time to deliver they don't deliver we are not happy at all your service is not good at all.we have three taxi ensured with them but now we are thinking to cancelled all of them we will take our business some were else because the don't care about customer service what they want is our money but give us poor service</p>
