When an owner screams profanities at a client for bringing a complaint to their attention, you know you are in the wrong place. An owner acting with so much aggression, yelling and profanities should not be in the industry.
Absolutely disgusting. Her husband even defended her for swearing at a customer who did not raise their voice or yell. Even the staff was embarrassed by the owner's behaviour.
Do not waste your money there!
