I pay for door to door delivery yet Courier Guy drivers expect you to drive behind them and meet you somewhere instead if delivering a package when they are only 1km away!!!! Not the first time I've had to go and find a driver and receive my package. They won't wait 2 minutes when they are at your house yet they don't give you a time frame of when they will be arriving but you have to drive after them and with rude attitudes aswell!! I wish overseas companies can contract other couriers because Courier guy is pathetic!!!!!!!
Ackermann, LHP, Bloemfontein. I received poor service from this branch. The Consumer Protection Act clearly states that the price on the price tag is the price the customer pays. I saw the price on the only pair of boots my size=R179.99. I proceeded to go pay, and I am told to pay R230. I refused, stating that I am paying the marked down price and that the CPA clearly protects that right. I was then told by one of the cashiers I am supposed to see the other boots of that kind are all a different price, and just because they priced this incorrectly, I must pay R230. (These boots weren't even with the 'other boots' he was referring to, and since when is a customer supposed to make sure thevmark down price is not different to others?!) I refused, to which another staff member was called who didn't help much. The staff member who misproced this item tried to explain to me that it was a mistake and I must look at the other items before assuming the PRICE IN THE ITEM is its actual price. (BIZARRE!) I proceeded to take a picture of the shies and leave, as they have no clue as to what the CPA states and they lack the required training, and tact towards customers. They seemed upset that I was standing up for my rights as a customer. Horrible service, honestly.
Centlec Bloemfontein has kept us waiting for 2 days to replace a broken meter. We have phoned countless times and each time call centre has a different answer contradicting the last. I cannot deal with the lies and unprofessional behavioir from Centlec!!!!!
When an owner screams profanities at a client for bringing a complaint to their attention, you know you are in the wrong place. An owner acting with so much aggression, yelling and profanities should not be in the industry. Absolutely disgusting. Her husband even defended her for swearing at a customer who did not raise their voice or yell. Even the staff was embarrassed by the owner's behaviour. Do not waste your money there!
Grammarly has just ****** R3000 from my account!! I did not consent to premium never mind to a ONCE OFF amount of R3000. This is ridiculous.!!!
My poor second review in a month..... I have been waiting for a month to hear about my claim from 1st for Women...I even sent them messages to follow up. The silence is deafening. I honestly cannot emphasize how poor the customer service is here at 1st for Women. They will respond on a public platform assuring that they will tend to the issue only to save face. Haven't heard a thing.
Pathetic is an understatement. Firstly, my premium is subtracted with an incorrect amount due to 1st For Women "forgetting" about the fact that I have 2 vehicles insured and qualify for a discounted fee. Once I brought this to their attention, I was promised high and low I would have my money back and even be compensated for the inconvenience! It's a month a half later, and I'm still fighting for the money owed to me. I've wasted over 3 hours airtime on getting hold of them as their lines seem to 'magically' end calls. On top of that, I submitted a claim over a week ago and have heard NOTHING about it. I would really insure elsewhere. 1st For Women is really 1st to take your money but very slow to deliver, if at all. I am so frustrated with the lack of service I pay so much for every month!!
I am rating the consultant specifically. He helped me where they made a mistake with my monthly premium and was extremely understanding
I ordered a simple item on their online platform. Shipping is supposed to take 5 days. It has been 10 days now (and counting). The email address given to enquire about your parcel seems to be of no use as I have sent emails and gotten no response. No communication from JAM as promised and no customer care. Utterly disappointed.
