Poor Service No sense of Urgency

My family and i visited RJ's at Gateway Shopping Mall and had received Good understanding from the Owner of that store. He was friendly and accommodating. Although all that did not overshadow the slow service of his staff. We placed our orders and received them after 45mins, with there being incomplete orders due to the store not having things that they offer to customers with their meals. Having started with the first few bites and realising all our meals were cold we tried to get the attention of the waitress that served us or any other. That was the other issue(not being able to get timely service). When we eventually got her attention, she took the meals back to warm them. An hour later we were still waiting for our meals. We walked out without paying for those meals which were barely touched. There were many other customers around us that were complaining about service and cold meals
