Terrible staff & poor hygiene at RKs - branch opposite Gateway mall

Terrible staff that don't listen to customers and do what they want at times. Evwn hygiene is if great concern when we see how they behave with no care towards the food or customers. One of the worst places to buy from. Had to ask for refund and leave the store. Cheap prices yes but it does not mean that the services must be cheap too. Even the management is not there so who sees the nonsense that goes on there. Very disgusted customer.
