I would like to express my out of this world experince with the new service I received from them. I app**** for my vehicle license disc on the Thu, 23 May, 11:43 and the next day SkyNet delivered my license at 10.45. Thank you SkyNet for the quick delivery. This was the best service I ever received from any goverment department. WELL DONE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Renewed my Motor vehicle license online. only the receipt was delivered - no disk.. there is no telephone number to call this department. only WhatsApp. but they don't even read the messages. I believe this service is a ****.

My husband tried to renew his car license through the online system. The license never came and he had to renew at the traffic dept eventually. We have been trying to contact RTMD for months for a refund and have still not had any luck. They do not answer phones or emails. Do not renew via this system.

Ive done my application at centurion Gautrain branch in september 2022 , and still has not received my drivers licence card, i cant go every week and ask , its Costing me a lot of money , accordingly to what was said to a customer is fals information , firstly to book is unnesssasary, people pitch up and are helped in between other customers , they dont actually use the timeslot for bookings , they dont send sms as they say , they dont inform customers about their cards , i had to pay for an temporary licence due to this , there is even customers that went in october which got their llicence cards in november ? There is not enough parking , i was there on 6th of Jan 2023 and the que of collecting cards was longer than the que for application. They must sort out their problems, they must deliver customer service!

The personnel could not have been more helpful, and that includes the guards in the street who direct people where to park. The security guards in the building itself were extremely helpful. Great experience
