I would like to express my out of this world experince with the new service I received from them. I app**** for my vehicle license disc on the Thu, 23 May, 11:43 and the next day SkyNet delivered my license at 10.45. Thank you SkyNet for the quick delivery. This was the best service I ever received from any goverment department. WELL DONE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THAT I HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH VODACOM REGARDING THE DATA BUNDLES I BUY ON THE APP, The first one I went th Centurion Mall vodashop to complain and still waiting for feedback. One Saturday it happened again. Attached is all the proof. on the 27 April I bought a 10GB bundle for 30days. En yesterday the bundle disappeared. I checked and saw that I only used 2.4GB for the that period. And i did buy for 30day. My app is alway on the 30 promotions when I open it. I phoned in on 11 May at 13h45 and spoke to Luzuko. He say he could not see that I bought data bundle on the 27th Apr. But will lock a call. When I ask for a Ref No. he say they don't give Ref No. Now how must I follow up. I had to buy again on the 11 May 2gb for 30 day and this is how i buy everytime, SO NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DATA. AS IT WAS FOR 30 DAYS. IF THIS DOES NOT GET SORTED WITH MY NEXT UPGRADE I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER OF 26 YEARS. I AM FEDUP WITH MY DATA THAT DISAPPEARS ALL THE TIME AND THIS IS ONLY THAT I KNOW OF. I WANT A SERVICE PROVIDER THAT I CAN TRUST.
I wrote a review and rated them 1 star. After getting in touch with the right people, they service is worth 5 stars. The office in Midrand fixed my Inverter at no cost. And I tecived excellent service. Thank you Ian from Capetown from replying om my complaint. And thank you Rectron Midrand from the good service I received from you.
ONE STAR IS STILL TO MUCH I bought my mother a RCT Megapower inverter and within 3 month it was not working as it should. the only thing that was plugged into the Megapower 1000w was my mothers TV I went to Builders that informed me that the battery only has 3month guaranty and the inverter 1year and because of stage 6 load shedding the batteries DOES not last. when its stage 6. but we can have them replace the battery with a lithe\IUm battery. I cant get hold of Rectron they do not answer their phones in Gauteng PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE RCT MEGAPOWER WASTE OF MONEY FOR R8500
