Augustine is extraordinary

I would like to give a huge compliment to Augustine. She was so helpful and compassionate when I was in the process of a claim. I have a disability, and she was very understanding and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. She also worked quickly to get my claim approved. I would highly recommend Augustine to anyone who is looking for an insurance broker.
