If you are looking for the best brokers and exceptional service 24/7, Rock Solid Brokers is definitely for you! Honestly, we had a terrible incident and were in a position we wish no one will ever be in. We lost a lot of our personal valuable goods, our home was a mess and everything was in shambles. It felt like our whole world was turned upside down in a matter of a few seconds. Rock Solid responded immediately (at night), they literally took over everything and was so helpful, professional and extremely compassionate and fast. I don't know how, but they resolved everything INSTANTLY. Besides our misfortune, they are always willing to assist us with any queries and the best quotes including the best option and insurance! You will save a fortune! We've dealt with several brokers in the past few years and was extremely disappointed until we moved to Rock Solid Brokers. There are no words to describe how amazing Bernard and his team is.

Augustine is extraordinary
I would like to give a huge compliment to Augustine. She was so helpful and compassionate when I was in the process of a claim. I have a disability, and she was very understanding and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. She also worked quickly to get my claim approved. I would highly recommend Augustine to anyone who is looking for an insurance broker. Sometimes it is that little extra, that makes the service extraordinary.
