My Pajero (18 years old) developed an oil leak due to a faulty oil pressure gauge situated in a difficult spot in the engine bay. Rola Mitsubishi who had identified the problem had to order a part. I could not take the vehicle in for the repair as I was sick at home. Rola Mitsubishi in Somerset West collected the car from my house in Stellenbosch, repaired the car and delivered it back to my home within a day.

Waiting 5 days now to replace a flat battery in terms of a service plan has caused me a lot of problems. My wife no longer trusts driving with me in my car which would not start again 200 km from home.

<p>My vehicle was recently booked in to have the suction control valve changed and the intake manifold cleaned.</p> <p>I asked for before and after photographs of the manifold and requested that they be sent to me before reassembly. I have called and sent multiple emails requesting the photos as it is the only way I can know that the job was completed. Despite promising to "send them soon" no photos have been sent as of yet and I will struggle to believe that if they send them now that it will be of my vehicle . How can I be sure the job was done and done well.</p> <p>Apart from this the staff were friendly and helpful.</p>

<p>I own a 2001 Pajero 3500 SWB </p> <p>About a month ago the vehicle started to cut out whilst driving, and would start up again when I stopped. About 3 weeks back it just didn’t want to start again.</p> <p>The vehicle was towed to Rola Mitsubishi in Somerset West.</p> <p>After they inspected the vehicle, the problem was only diagnosed as an electrical problem and that they, Rola Mitsubishi in Somerset West, can't fix the vehicle as it "was too old". Firstly they don't have an outo electrician and secondly they don't have any workshop literature on the vehicle!!</p> <p>So now my question is if one drives a certain type of vehicle and the agents can't even work on a 2001 model vehicle, what is the use of driving that brand?</p>

I was requested last week Friday to have a new Telematrix unit installed in my vehicle under warranty <br> the technician came to the offices and fitted this unit. after fitting the unit I have received a notification from the tracking system that it is disconnected and the ignition is off even when I am driving <br> I requested them to please come have a look as whatever they have done has caused a fault with the tracking unit They came Today had a look and said its not there problem there unit is fitted properly How can the attitude be \ we fitted something and something else does not work now and that's your Problem"I will never Purchase another vehicle from any Rola dealership in Somerset west I have other franchise vehicles which they are the agents for but I will find alternative suppliers if this is seriously their attitude """
