Disappointing Experiences

My recent experiences with Roman's Pizza Selcourt Towers have been nothing short of disappointing. Despite placing orders on two separate occasions, I encountered significant issues with both delivery and the quality of the food.

During my first order, the pizza failed to arrive even after a two-hour wait, prompting me to make the inconvenient decision to collect it myself. This initial inconvenience was compounded by the fact that during my second order, the pizza arrived cold and in an unacceptable condition. What's more, the delivery driver's behavior was far from professional, displaying irritation and handling the order carelessly, resulting in squished boxes.

Furthermore, the lack of concern or action from the manager suggests that such occurrences are not isolated incidents but rather a systemic problem within this branch/franchise. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to others.

In conclusion, my experiences with Roman's Pizza Selcourt Towers have been marked by delays, poor quality food, and unprofessional conduct, highlighting a clear need for improvement in their operations and customer service standards.
