Placed an order at Roman's online made online payment with my husband's card and it declined the transaction, placed another order with my card again online and it showed in my account that the payment to Roman's was successful along with a sms notification from my bank showing transaction successfull. After a while with the Pizza not arriving I called the store and they informed me that my payment was unsuccessful and that they cancelled the order, no matter how I tried to explain that it shows in my account that the payment was successful and that I have received a sms stating the fact they still argued that the payment did not go through to them I asked to speak to a manager and that could not even solve the problem. I placed another order and requested to pay via card on delivery with the time for the estimated delivery no way past what they said I logged on to the app and saw that they again canceled my order! Even though I received a reference number for the order. I advise people to not pay online as this is not the first time this has happened to me with Roman's I will not support them they are not worth the time or frustration they cause. What was suppose to be convenient they turned into a frustrating & exhausting experience vs causing me airtime to phone them twice with no solution. I have contacted my bank and they said that I must contact the ***** Dept. On Monday so they can reverse the payment made to Roman's pizza I hope that I will be able to even get my money back!!!
